Stamping
Stamping forms the core of our collaboration with key partners such as Frauenthal Gnotec. We operate a fleet of hydraulic presses that enable us to perform complex cutting, punching, and metal forming. Thanks to experienced management and ISO certification, we can handle even the most technically demanding requirements of the automotive industry.
Stamping specifications
Our machine park includes presses with a stamping force of 25, 30, 50, 100, and 140 tons. This flexibility allows us to allocate jobs to the most suitable machine, maximizing production speed and minimizing energy consumption while maintaining tight tolerances.
Stamping applications
High-volume production: Efficient manufacturing of thousand-piece batches of small and medium-sized automotive stampings for both passenger and commercial vehicles.
Complex shapes: Punching and forming of components that require high mechanical durability and precise fit in subsequent assembly stages.
Cost optimization: Stamping is the fastest route to the final part shape, saving you time and money on bulk orders.
