Spot welding is a key technology for our automotive projects. Thanks to resistance welding machines, we ensure high productivity while maintaining the precise geometry of assemblies. This is an ideal solution for series joining of stampings, where strength and visual cleanliness of the joint are a priority, without the need for additional grinding.
Spot welding specifications
Our facility is equipped with four linear spot welding machines, allowing for precise adjustment of pressure and current for various material thicknesses. This technology is designed for high cycle repeatability, ensuring identical quality of every spot weld in batches of thousands, in full compliance with ISO standards.
